I’ve got my eye on the PowerShares Emerging Market Sovereign Debt ETF – PCY . It’s been consolidating since Tuesday. (link to chart) It didn’t pop today like the U.S. Bond ETFs and didn’t breakdown last week like international bond ETFs (ex. BWX). If bonds keep their run going, it could be interesting.
